Incorporation and the Research Decision
RJV Technologies Ltd was incorporated on 20 June 2018 in England and Wales (Company No. 11424986).
The company was founded by Ricardo Jorge do Vale with a specific and deliberate purpose and build the analytical foundation that the market was missing.
The founding decision was a commitment to intellectual rigor over commercial expediency, sustained through a period of deliberate capital investment in original scientific and technical work.
The question driving the research was not a market question.
It was a structural one, why do the most rigorous analytical frameworks in existence either in physics, in mathematics, in risk modelling which still require constants and parameters that must be inserted by hand, with no derivation from first principles?
What structural distinction is being missed?
The answer to that question, when found, would determine the correct foundation for everything built on top of it.
Research Phase
2018 to 2024
The Research Programme
The research programme that followed the company’s incorporation produced the distinction between zero and null which every system of mathematics and every branch of physics treats as equivalent and which is not a matter of notation.
It is a structural distinction with consequences that propagate through every analytical framework built on top of it.
Null is the complete absence of any quantity.
Zero is the presence of two equal and opposite quantities in exact balanced cancellation.
These are not the same thing.
The conflation of the two is the source of the infinities of quantum field theory, the measurement problem of quantum mechanics, the failure to derive the constants of nature from structural principles and in applied domains with the structural incompleteness of every risk model, AI system and resilience framework currently operating in the market.
From this single structural correction, the full architecture of the Unified Model Equation was derived where a variational framework that recovers Newtonian mechanics, Special Relativity, General Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, Quantum Field Theory, Thermodynamics, and Cosmology as exact special cases of a single governing structure and from which all 25 free parameters of the Standard Model of particle physics can be derived or substantially constrained.
Between 2020 and 2022, four international patent applications were filed covering the governing equations, boundary conditions and computational implementation methods:
GB2598745 (UK), US17/892,456 (United States), EP22168432 (European Patent Office) and WO2024/GB001 (PCT — international).
All applications are pending.
Commercial Phase
2024 to present
Commercial Deployment
With the foundational research programme complete and the patent portfolio filed, RJV Technologies began its commercial engagement programme.
The enterprise technology consulting practice was established to deploy the analytical framework built during the research phase into the domains where it has the most immediate and measurable commercial value where business continuity planning, disaster recovery architecture, cloud migration strategy, deterministic AI systems engineering, digital transformation and cybersecurity and enterprise resilience.
The thought leadership programme was initiated in early 2026, publishing in depth analytical guides across each service domain and covering business continuity, cloud migration, digital transformation and the cybersecurity landscape.
These publications reflect the same analytical standard that underpins every client engagement where primary research, secto data and conclusions that are derivable from evidence rather than assumed from convention.
Client engagements span healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and engineering, education, government and public sector and the third sector across the United Kingdom and internationally.
Academic and standards body partnerships are in active development.
The research phase of this company’s existence is complete.
The deployment phase has begun and will not stop.
